Sony India — Poor customer service from R-Logic Technology Services, Bangalore

I had given my Sony Vaio Laptop for repair at R-Logic Technology Services, Bangalore. The laptop is still under 1 year warranty period and there were some issues with laptop not booting up. I had given the laptop at the service center on 2nd August 2014 ( Job ID: J[protected] and I was told to expect a response within couple of days. However I didn't get any response from them in the expected time. However when I called them, I was told that the engineer is on leave and it will be sorted out asap. Since then I have called them 3 times (including today) and I have got the same response from them all the time. I do not understand how there are no engineers present in a service center for more than 10 days!! I think they are just lying... Can you please take up this issue with the concerned people?
