[Resolved]  Sony India — Poor Service in Service Centre

I bought Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Dual on Aug, 01 2014. Now i am facing trouble shoot in volume key and phone volume. It's not working very often. Then it solves by it own. I am facing this problem since a month. I visited to Sony Service Center. But every time i found no persons there to service and people are gathering like a fair. I am a working professional. In this busy schedule, if i will get this type of poor service from Sony, then of course i won't suggest any one to go for this. I want this problem to be resolved ASAP.
