[Resolved]  Sony India — Problem with BRAVIA LCD TV Model:KLV-32BX320

We have purchased one Sony Bravia Model:KLV-32BX320 problem on 14.01.2012. Few days back it started a problem and we were not able to turn on the TV. We book a complaint with Sony customer care with complaint no. 20520845 The very next day Sony technician visited my home and upon checking the TV he declared that the TV panel is not functioning and we have to replace that which will cost only Rs 12000.00 + Service charge. We were shocked that only after 2 years of purchase we again have to shell out this huge amount to repair that which was completely unexpected from a brand like Sony.
