[Resolved] Sony India — problem with xperia z3 customer service | |||
I have bought a sony xperia z3 in the month of october 2014. In the month of november, when i was in office a crack appeared on my mobile screen. Neither mobile fell down nor it got hit with some object. There isnt a single scratch on the phone. I went to the service center with a hope that the screen would get fixed. To my shock they asked me to pay 50% of the mobile cost to get a new handset. If 50% is somewhere near 5-10k i would have paid but its 25000. There is nothing mentioned in the terms and conditions or whatever from the mobile company saying that we need to pay this much amount to get it replaced. If these terms were clear, i wouldnt have bought this mobile. Im planning to go to the consumer court/forum to get this thing resolved. Any users who had issues with this company, please advise.
