Dear sony team,
I have purchased sony lcd tv model klv-32bx320in5 in january 2016.
By keeping utmost respect & honor the purchase was made. To my bad luck horizontal line started coming.
The complaint was made on 22/4/2016 comp no 31821050 & technician visited after 4 days and confirmed lcd display has gone after checking the same thoroughly.
Technician told the lcd panel will be replaced free of cost as it is under warranty.
I called customer care on 27/4/2016, after having half an hour lengthy conversation with mr. Jay the call was transferred to mr. Neeraj. He assured the same will be resolved within two days.
Again on27/04/2016 i called customer care & spoken with mr. Neeraj he has taken con call with service center, and to my utter surprise they are giving the answer you have not purchased from authorized dealer hence warranty will not be given at any cost after 9 precious days.
.
Now can i know where is the mistake happened.
1.For buying sony product.
2.For paying rs.29000 hard earned money to sony.
3.If it is unauthorized dealer why the sony product has gone to him.
