Sony India — Quality of New X peria Z compact

Hi Team, I had purchased new Xperia Z compact on dated[protected], referring the Sr No [protected] from Ambika Enterprises, SCO 42, Sector 11, Panchkula (HR) 134109. copy of invoice attached for the reference. Within the weeks time it was burst during the charging. (damaged conditions photos attached for references). I am very much surprised and shocked to see the condition of the new product of company like Sony. My request to you is for the replacement of this hand set, at any cost I do not accept its repair. because of its manufacturing defect. I do claim it with the new replacement not with the repair.
