I am not happy with this service.

Don't buy ps or any Sony product's.

Ombudsman team please look into this very critically and on priority.

One lags stops for 20-30 secs everytime, one is got bad controls just doesn't stay in road no matter what u do.

We understand that the concern mentioned by you has caused inconvenience however, We have been advised by the PSN team that the content has been downloaded and therefore we cannot offer a refund.

In line with our Store Cancellation Policy, consumers can request a refund to their PSN wallet within 14 days from the date of transaction, provided that they have not started downloading or streaming the purchase.

All purchases need to be confirmed at checkout page, so the customer did have the opportunity to review the content that they were purchasing and confirm that it was what they wanted to buy.

We can only refund for the games which are not downloaded within 14 days of purchase.

This is inside 14 days. Not even 4 days passed. And how is one customer supposed to get a refund on the non playable game. U do know that your company will be fined big time for this mishap? Also u do know that this will be public?

We can surely consider your request of refund of the unplayable game but it is only possible by the Playstation team for which you will have to drop an email so that we can forward your request to them.
