[Resolved]  Sony India — regarding phone

hello ..this is abhishek negi from jalandhar i have placed my phone to sony care jalandhar at 15th of september 2014 regarding some speaker problem etc.my track id is [protected], job no. W[protected] since that day they haven't repaired it. i have email an complaint at questions.[protected]@support.sonymobile.com and my reference no is 1-[protected]. but i haven't got anything from sony too. till today they are giving me excuses as u can see it's almost 15 days but still they didn't repaired my phone. at this point i'm very frustrated by the sony. being an global brand i didn't expect this from sony..
