JOB NO- W[protected] I have submitted my sony Xperia C3 Dual due to facing following problems 1] Photoes taken from rear camera are looks like painting after zooming in the photo. 2] Wi-fi dose not work regularly after removing phone from stamina mode it works when unlock the phone but after lock the screen its stops like in stamina mode. 3]Music player stops automatically with blurred sound when listen music through headphones. 4]Gyroscope dose not work even in diagnostic test is failed for this. JOB NO- W[protected] 1]Headphones ear buds covers remove on sided automatically because it dose not stick well. Its been less than 2 months i buy my first smart phone paid 18k for it with high trusting on sony . Very upset with this types issues happen. if the camera & other things are need replacement for this means it was not not checked properly or if checked not debug properly this dose not expect with Sony Quality . i love sony products for music, camera & Picture quality please don't make me feel regret to be with you. Kind Regards, Komal Tailor 3 ]After first time servicing I receive the handset and with same problems mail again Hi, As problem is elaborated in trailing mail & i have pick my handset submitted at service station yesterday all the problems mentioned about the handset [ JOB NO- W[protected] ] except than music player are as it is. I am very unhappy about service received.I do not buy this product to leave in service center rather than using it. There was no engineer at service center to give technical justification on the problem .In customer copy it is mentioned that Software update H/S is OK . If technician check the handset as comparing with the problem mentioned properly there will be no problem have to be occurred but still 1.Gyroscope not working 2. Camera picture looks like an painting after zooming it after software update means there is no effect of software update happen then why should without checking handset is handed over to me.3. The back cover is loose may be the internal threads are not fitted properly . If there is any need to change means product was not checked properly at the factory during manufacturing probably that whole Product that i used is must be faulty at all. I do not have enough time to visit service center again and again as facing such problems but still i visit twice. Is it all means your comprising with your quality and do not care about customer satisfication and thinking that customer will come back again again for the same problem he faced . Today i have received an phone call from sony service station [ ACCEL FRONTLINE LTD, Ph.No:[protected] ] at 3:42 pm .The respective person give the information about hardware deviation with product in respect to the complaint i register .The camera/ mother board need to be changed but the required hardware part is not available so its takes 10-12 days . But i already mentioned the problem that i have faced from just after some days buying the product & still after submitting the handset twice at service center and taking regular follow ups and after that this time you come to know that camera/mother bard is not working and need to be changed because it is faulty means your try to fool me first time by just updating the software .With leaving other brands i choose sony for its quality & service and this kind of things are i never expected from sony. By changing the camera/mother board now the product must working again but now i cant guaranteed & trusting that the product will working to long with this kind of defects & i do not have time to run again again to service station .Very high trusting i choose sony & invest 19 K for buying my first smart phone . I do not want any changes in the handset and kindly arrange the replacement very urgently .
