Sony India — regarding the pathetic service delivered by sony to the customers | |||
I Pranay Lonare making this complaint against Sony service centre at Nagpur, Maharshtra. As Sony is providing pathetic services to the customers I am one of them. I had submitted my scratchless Sony Xperia Z1 on 3rd Jan 2015 as I was facing some problems regarding the wifi, battery backup and a broken flap, they returned me the phone within 8-10 days they gave me back the phone by just upgrading the software only without repairing it. After 3-4 days later I re-submitted the phone on dated 16th of January 2015 hoping that the Sony service will either provide me the replacement with the better or new device or repair it. On 22nd January Sony provided me the re-fermished phone which was lot more worst than my device, it was having too many problems and 1 years old device as my device was manufactured of 2014 & I got the device manufacture of 2013. After that I again submitted the phone on approx 3rd of feb for replacement, they took approx 1 month and returned the same phone used device manufactured of 2013 with lots of problems, I have rejected the phone now on 26th of feb. I did complaint on Sony customer care but they are also not responding to it. I did not invested this much money to use the used phone. I am really frustrated by the pathetic services given by Sony. And now I either want the new phone or I want my total money refund. Please take the actions fast as I'm submitting the device from last 2-3 months.
