Sony India — Regarding unresolved service issues

Dear Sir, I would like to bring two issues for your notice and needful action regarding service provided at"krish electronics" sony service centre mumbai centre: 1. I have submitted my laptop at centre for mother board replacement, same replaced with 3 months warranty, I collected the laptop and used for three days, it come to my notice that it's wireless switch not working &so many scratches, dents are there and cover of charging point and body has also damaged, I approached the service centre to sort out the issue, they kept the device for around 1 month and still the issue is unresolved. 2. In case of my second laptop, during service the centre handled the device so carelessly that it caused scratches and dents again on it's surface even they didn't provide me any job sheet from their side. I request you to help me out and resolve the issues.
