Sony India — Rejected warranty claim in just 5 months of a Water proof phone, False advertising

I, purchased my phone XPERIA ZR on 17th August 2014, which is a water proof device. I used this device as per the directions provided by Sony like having all the vents closed and all. On 25th Jan my device suddenly came in contact with water. I was using the phone with proper care, and within 5-10 minutes i removed the battery and dried it, even then the water escaped into my device and device went Off. As per Warranty period, WARRANTY is valid up to 17th August 2015 but as per the Job sheet (W[protected]) provided by service center my device is out of warranty. They were saying that if any water trace found it will be considered out of warranty. If i invested a huge amount in a water proof phone then how can water escape, and if it escaped is this my fault? Now Sony is denying to repair the device in any case and asking me to pay for the replacement of my phone
