[Resolved]  Sony India — rejection of warranty

My Xperia Z1's warranty rejected by sony authorized service center (madona system & service, calicut) were my warranty still ramain 4 months . my complaints is "Over heating and incorrect vibration" .They said my phone were engulf through the caps, my question is "how engulf water to a water proof phone?, and if happened is that my problem?". i am asking you because i treat my phone very well i always close that caps correctly. I never feel a problem with the caps.they also wrote warranty void in the job sheet if my complaints is reliable to you pleas solve it as far as possible. i give you the details below Job No:W[protected] IMEI No:[protected] Date :08/10/2014
