Sony India — repair of sony bravia lcd tv

i hav registered complaint abt my bravia tv model no KLV-32V550A engineer visited us on 29-4-15 he said that mother board is not working it has to be replaced it will take 10 days job sheet has been made order has been placed aftr that i hav called service centre many times they keep repeating that part has not come 15 days passed .. this is very unprofessional. plz look into matter n try to resolve it as soon as possible
