On 12th April 2014, I had purchased a Sony C6802/ Z / Ultra Black phone with IMEI number [protected] from your company above mentioned dealer. Towards this purchase, I paid Rs 40000/- to your company. Attached herewith is a copy of invoice (no. 0134\SI\14-15) as per invoice.
After purchasing the phone, while using the phone it fell from my hand and display of the phone got broken which caused most of the trouble.
In order to get it repaired, I visited your company service center on 2nd January 2015, after inspection, your company service center asked me to submit the phone. Attached herewith is a copy of job sheet as per attached.
However, the problem remained and after few days I was told that phone cannot be repaired and was offered a new phone on payment of 80% of the amount but I strictly refused.
Since then, I tried several times to communicate with your company executive but till date my problem had not been resolved by your company service center officials and I had not received my phone from your company.
