It is sad to note that I have not received the Repairs Estimate till date, as your technician visited me more than a week back.
He was only interested in taking the amount of Rs. 200/- from the undersigned. I had requested d him to give me the estimate of the repairs, since my house is not even 5 minutes walk from your service centre at Sector-5, Vashi and my residence is in Sector 3. He told me that you have to collect it from our office. He also said that if you have to give it for repairs, take it from the wall cabinet and bring it yourself.
Is this the way to treat a senior citizen of 64 years old. Your office at vashi should have followed it up & see that i get the repairs estimate.
