Sony India — Service

Very poor service of Sony India. I got a call from mobile number [protected] and said that take complaint back and we will give you Rs 10000 for your TV . When I am contacting them from the last week the phone is continuously switched off. They are really liars and my request which was again registered to customer care number [protected], request id 26299928. I got a call from Universal electronics, Hyderabad from Mr G K Sastry and he told me we will give order for parts and after that no reply from him and no response of my calls. He visited on 15th June and took Rs 175 without opening the television. Really I am cheated from them. Please help me so that I can get my amount back and TV repaired.Best RegardsSukhvinder Singh[protected]
