[Resolved]  Sony India — service centre behaviour

I submitted my phone to fortune service centre on 1st of september 2014 and they told me that it would be repaired within a week.Its more than two weeks now and still it has not been delivered by service centre.Whenever I am asking them they are giving the reason that they have sent the phone to Ranchi and they have not dispatched the phone phone after repairing it.When I called on the toll free number I got the reply that my phone is repaired I can receive from the service centre but when I asked the the person to whom I submitted my phone he said still my phone is in Ranchi.I am totally annoyed with the attitude of the servicing staff. my jobsheet number is W[protected].
