Sony India — Service centres not attending complaint | |||||
Complaint #35361689 I bought my My Sony TV 46"LED in 2011. In the last 6 months it is functioning abnormally. First the picture quality was an issue which was solved by Sony service centre. Now the speaker is torn. I had lodged 3 complaints in the past but no action is being taken. The captioned complaint is also unattended for several days. I have a Sony LED TV (KLV-32R422A) & have registered a complain regarding repair of TV. Service engineer provided me a Job No[protected] which I checked on status to my utter surprise the Job No showing as wrong job No. Engineer has taken a advance of Rs 3000/- for change of mother board but till date nothing has been done.
