Sony India — Service charge for new tv installation by sony service engineer | |||
Dear sir I have purchased a led 32 r 412d#42103 via invoice 652794 dated 25/06/2016 from bismi home appliances, international stadium, kaloor - 17. The dealer said the company person will come on 26/06/2016 and install the tv we waited on monday mr. Niyas (Cell no.[protected]) came and installed the tv and asked rs.2500/- (Two thousand five hundred only) as service charges. And my sister gave the amount and when asked for receipt he said since this is a service there is no receipt and it was at 8.30pm, so she called me since i was outstation i was unable to attend the same. Sir please kindly give us a bill for the installation charges (Which is normally free). Or ask the engineer to return the money he had taken. Expecting a favorable solution at the earliest.
