Hi Sony Team,
I have Sony ZR mobile recently purchased (Sept 2014) and is having SIM card detection issue. I went to Indranagar, Bangalore service center and got very very poor response that purchase a new phone and Sony company will give you 20% off on new mobile which I saw and heard they were telling to each customer who was there having mobile problems.
After very heated discussion, they asked me too drop all my personal details so that they contact me and I have been following this from last 5 days. Each time they says that we have sent mail to head office asking for approval to replace motherboard.
The front customer officer (Ms Vidhya) is always giving false reason that person is not available and will call you back, however no update so far.
I have shared all the required details and looking for your support to get my mobile problem corrected.
