Sir, good evening. Ref: Sony service centre Job No: J 52291278 kdl-32 Ex 550/3271643/02/01/2013. This is Mohanan Parakkadan. Now a day's My TV (SONY BRAVIA – 32 EX 550) is not working properly. Pictures are like ghost images. Service centre advised me to replace the display Panel and they approached for the same for you for a discounted rate from huge service/ material cost. But unfortunately you rejected. It has been understood from the service centre that it is need approximately Rs 15000 for the repairing/replacing the display panel. Really it is huge amount for me and it is very hard to afford that much money right now. So pls consider my request and provide the materials in a marginal/discounted cost or free of cost if practically possible.
