Dear, I bought an led in oct 14 from ashoka trading sec 16 from faridabad, product was financed from bajaj finserv.I was told by mr parminder (from Sony) -[protected] to extend the warranty of the product on which i agreed.He prepared a rough estimate about the extra Emi amount to be paid as extended warranty & told that all details will be updated online with bajaj finserv.I didn't notice the amount of emis & make all the payments clear on time.But few days back my led stop working and when i called cust care they told to pay the service charges, i told them that its on under warranty but they deny. I visited today 12 aug 16 to check with ashoka trading and showed the proof of receipt which mr parminder has prepared that time for extended warranty but they simply told that might be parminder forgot to mention the same in documents.Kindly let me know where i am faulty & why i need to pay the charges when i was told that your product is under warranty. I still kept the Sony led box carton cover where it is mentioned Bravia 2 Year extended warranty * sold separately in the assumption that this is the proof of extention of warranty but i was wrong.
