Dear Sirs, We have purchased Sony Bravia TV from Dubai & in warrenty period we have made complain. With Reference to our regular complain to your complain department (international warranty on sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com) since Feb 2014 since our Sony Bravia TV 46" has been & after long dicussion they have informed us that they will not give us free replacement & they will charge us Rs. 28167/- & they have collected cheq from us on 25th jul 2014 & today on 22nd sep. 2014 they have not repaired the same. Kindly confirm that when same is going to repair OR we have to write the compalin to Sony Japan On receipt of your reply within7 days we will take action for the same. I contacted the customer care on line with no avail. Obviously I do not trust SONY any more. Can any one advise what should be done
