Sony e3 price is 11000 rs and my sony chip is shot in 1.4 years now sony center says that give 5000 rs for repair so i want to relapse my phone or give me half money of phone sony e3-2202 and now my sony is of no use and i can't sell my phone because no one give me a 2000 rs of this phone and i say to people how is reading this please do not take sony phone

I have bought Sony Xperia Z5 from Sony centre Mall Road Amritsar. The dealer at the time of deal told that i will receive the smart cover within a month but stil after 4 months of purchase i have not received it.
The dealer didn't even told the reedemption no.

Actully it is said that sony xperia z3 is running android 5.1.1 in india. it is released in january it self.but still i did't get any update.mine is still under android 5.0. can you please solve my problem
