I will start with latest, the 46" Tv which was bought for Rs. 1, 57, 000 few years ago, mother board replaced once on paid basis, now again not working due to mother board and new mother board is not avialable. Sad, but in spite of taking advance for motherboard, still the service centere is unable to provide it. They informed me that I can buy a new TV on which Sony will offer 25% discount. (I am not a fool to rely this company after so many bad experiences in las 6-7 months) Latest Complaint reference is 26557784 lodged on 20th July 2015.
I have many Sony products but had to replace my another TVs in last few months for non availibility of spare parts, company offered a meager 25% discount on the new TV, which was supposed to be replaced because it was within 5 years of purchase, but due to laxity of service center staffer who were sitting on my compalint for months and then on copy of invoice.
The Sony Experia Z3 Compact, has spent more than 3 months with Sony Service Centre in & months of ownership with still unsatisfactory service.
And now Looking at the complaint resolution record on this website, I am sure that I should not commit mistake of buying a sony product in future. Was this information helpful? |
