Dear sir, Ub: purchase of sony laptop from croma through online - now repaired - sony service centre not accepting warrenty - need clarification - reg. As per the invoice no. Sle004ec0007002 dated 30.8.2015 of croma, mumbai, throuh online mode i purchased one sony laptop with following specification Sony vaio svf15318/b 39 cm, Serial no. S[protected]. I got the warranty card for one year from the date of purchase along with the invoice. Now there is some problem with laptop. So i gave it to the authorized sony dealer at coimbatore, tamil nadu. After verification in the system they told that it is not covered under warranty. The detaile of service centre at which my laptop is presntly given for servicing. Kg electronics Sony authorised service centre 505, cross cut road, coimbatore. Tn. Email id : [protected]@airtelmail.com Job order no.
