have purchased my sony LCD 26BX350 TV on dated 11.11.203 from Shanti Sales, Jawahar Colony, Faridabad. When I have purchased, 3 times complain has been lodged to your customer care. 1st time for display problem & 2 times for panel problem. Each & every time, Service center gets 15-20 days time to resolved the TV problem
I have again make a complain & your engineer complete my panel defect problem more than 20 days. Now I have complain on 5.5.2015 vide complain no. 25300751, still there is no response about my problem. Sai Electronics, Faridabad their service Engineer verified that panel has 3 time defect. As more than 12days has been passed to lodge my complain but there is no response from sony / service centre. Customer care told me that Panel Card parts is not available in their stores & reply will come after 15 days. so 15 days for complain & 15 days for waiting for parts. one month time wait for resolved the complain
Its matter of deep regret to inform you that during the warranty period, TV has panel been defect 2 times. All that case, its seems that my TV has defect product which has been defected 4 times. So you are requested to please replaced my TV immediately without any delay. As I am facing mently problem for this TV. As I have spend so much money to purchased not for demo for my home.
I have taken extended warranty for further 2 years vide your EW No. 26003949 dated 3.11.2014 & valid upto 2.11.2016,
