Sony India — Sony mobile replacement request | |||
Dear Customer Care, This is regarding my phone Sony Xperia M2. I bought it last year on 31st August from a reputed Sony outlet. Please find the receipt attached. It has not completed a full year and I have already got it serviced/repaired for 3 times. And again it is ready for repairing as its touch functionality has completely stopped working. Is this the quality of phone Sony is manufacturing? or only I should be feeling unfortunate to have purchased a faulty phone. This is not something I was expecting from the brand like Sony. I may get it repaired the fourth time but honestly I will be doubtful about its efficiency forever. I feel cheated and would never recommend anyone to go for Sony brand in any of the consumer durable. Therefore I would request you to please replace it with a better phone on priority basis.
