My sony phone Xperia Z1 touch has broken. I submitted to Sonly service centre 158 Rash Behari Avenue, Kolkata Neosa Electronics for repairs on 27th July, 2014 today is 25th August, 2014 and the phone has yet not been repaired when ever you can them they say that the art is coming and will be done in 1/2 days. And if we keep calling them hey are getting angry. Today they assured that it will be ready but when I called again they have said that the part is coming today and will be repaired shortly.
