Sony India — Sony service center adyar chennai is not responding and being irresponsible on the phone which i had given i for service. | |||
I have given my phone- Sony Xperia C3 Dual for service on August 10, 2015. The problem was- the side button (power button) was malfunctioning. Job No: W[protected]. Ticket ID: [protected]. On 25th August 2015, when i enquired about my phone they had asked me to collect it saying it was ready. They made me wait for an hour and said that the phone was not repaired. They never informed me of closing my service. They were irresponsible and incompetent. They said they would return it by 29th August. They are not answering my calls properly. I would request the higher officials to take immediate action in this matter. I also hope you would return my email with proper knowledge of my phone. Abhilesh Was this information helpful? | |||
