Sony system model no mhc-gzr5d serial no 6149605 not working. System failed within 2years. Very poor quality produt and service. Your service center digital vision, alwarthirunagar, chennai is asking rs 5000 for doing repairs. I need immediate replacement of system due to very poor quality of sony product. I have give the mobile last six month before for repair work..
but till now no response for my mobile repair condition,
i have sent my advance slip and my new job no also..
i have decide to purchase 4k led tv in sony but my family
dont purchase in sony brand for your worst service.
no word to say till now..thank you.
