Please find enclosed herewith Copy of Receipt relating to my purchase of Sony LED with remote, Model 42W 670 A, SR 5391558-S, through your Dealer Bagi Radio House, BO Vindhya Nagar, Shop No. 54-55, Shivaji Complex, Vide Receipt No. 2277 Dated 3.7.14.
This TV was purchased of reputed TV manufacturer from Sony, had been causing us trouble in the first day of June, 2015 itself and I lodged my complaint for repairing of TV on 03.06.2015 with Service request ID/complaint No.25778036 Dt.03.06.2015. It has been assigned to Customer Care, Sn.16181; Dharam Kanta (New SPS Mall); NH-7; Rewa-486 001, Madhya Pradesh.
I fell harassed and had suffered with mental agony finding that even after a lapse of more than 19 days, no action has been taken by your Company to take care of the complaint, which had caused unlimited suffering to my family members as well. You must be knowing that it is violation of provisions of Consumer Protection Act also.
I wish to bring it to your kind information that if immediate attention is not given to my complaint, I will feel free to take up my issue in Consumer forum and Media along with social forums like face book, twitter etc.
I must get immediate response about the action taken by you in this regard.
