Sony India — Sony TV Picture Tube problem

I have purchased Sony TV KLV32BX300 on [protected], ( Serial No. 2820460) . The TV Picture tube is problem for the past two month.I have made a compliant to the service centre. The service technician from Madurai has attend the compliant on[protected]. The City Electronics, Madurai has informed me the company is agree to take the TV for exchange offer and they will sanction 25% offer on MRP of the next purchase of 32"TV. Moreover I have to handover the defective TV to service centre at Madurai and take the new one at Madurai by my own expenditure. I have to travel 120 KM from Ramanaathapuram to Madurain and I have to pay Rs. 2000/- towards the cost of travel and luggage and auto fare etc . There is no meaning of exchange offer. Hence I request you either replace the picture tube or TV at free of cost . I am no way responsible for the picture tube problem. Expect your early resolution.
