I had procured Sony Vaio lap top, model name:SVF14212SNW IN5 & ST. No:0011252 dated on 25/11/2015 along with 2 years extended warranty. But sir, when i was step down at your authorized service center at Indiranagar, Bengaluru, they told me that the extended warranty is not update so they can't service the lap top. After that i immidate come to my retailer & inform that the retailer had already taken Rs 999/- & have me the cash memo. Retailer told mePl wait they soon uploaded. But till data I have not get the result.
