I have contacted Sony service Centre .Ticket ID - [protected] dated 1st August 2015 Part No. A/8CS[protected] replaced and delivered back to me on 7th August . Again my mobile is having the issue with touch screen . Request you to please replace the handset . I am not able to use my handset because of which I am not able to do my work properly and this is creating lot of issue to me .
