[Resolved]  Sony India — Sony Xperia Hanging problem.

Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchase a Sony Xperia -L-C2104 model from Mysore Sony Centre at Devraj Urs Road on April 2014, 9months old, Whenever I call and disconnect the phone is to hang for 2 to 3 minutes everytime. I take to Sony Service Center. They format the set twice in two and a half months, but the problem is same and not solved yet. So please change my handset or refund the amount.
