This is to inform you that I have purchased SONY EXPERIA M4 AQUA on 7th June 2015 from Rajalaxmi Telecom (Supplier Ref- 2069) mumbai, but due to following reasons it was sent to service center twice for technical up-gradation:
Over heating of Back-panel (above 50 degree celsius)
Low Camera quality
Finally, I got the replacement on 30th June 2015 (after almost a month).
On 4th July 2015, I encountered the following problem with replaced SONY EXPERIA M4 AQUA so submitted the handset to the sony customer care (HRR Tele Commotrade Pvt ltd) at dadar mumbai:
Screen black out while back panel still continuously heating-up, after reporting this to seller he use to insert pin to switch off the handset & re-start. Handsets screen were black out 2-3 times in a day
Over heating of Back-panel (above 50 degree celsius)
Low camera quality
On 6th July 2015, i was given this handset back by claiming that the problem is solved and it will function normal. If still there will be any issue the handset will be replaced again.
On 16th July 2015, I encountered the same problem as on 4th July 2015 and again submitted the handset to the sony customer care (HRR Tele Commotrade Pvt ltd) at dadar mumbai (Job no. W[protected] and Ticket no. [protected]).
On 22nd July 2015 got the replacement from the sony customer care (HRR Tele Commotrade Pvt ltd) at dadar mumbai but even the employee at this service center are sure that the same problem will occur.
Please note that I have purchased the SONY EXPERIA M4 AQUA on 7th June 2015 but still not able to use the mobile.
I would like to share the in the customer care 90% of the SONY EXPERIA M4 AQUA Mobile users had the same complaint and started share feedback on social media.
I would suggest you to please re-call the product form market.
