Sony India — Sony Xperia Z C6602 Handset Replacement

This is to inform you in utmost grief regarding the poor service. I have purchased Sony Xperia Z mobile Model No. C6602 through flipkart agent on Dt. 24th June'2014. Within warranty period my Mobile had malfunctioned; so i visited Sony service centre at Grant Road, AAR VEE INFOSERVICES on Dt 10th Nov'2014. They registered my problem of handset. My Job number is W[protected]. The copy of my service job sheet is attached for the same for reference. They promised to give my mobile on Dt:15th Nov'2014 verbally and not mentioned in service job sheet. On dated 17th Nov'2014, when I visited the service shop, they informed me that my mobile cannot be repaired and they will issue me a replacement of refurbished piece and the same will be delivered on dated 20th Nov'2014 @ 12PM verbally and no fresh job sheet or any acknowledgement was given to me. However on further enquiring of my mobile status on Sony Customer service on 20th Nov'2014 I came to know that the request of mobile replacement has not been placed. On cross questioning, Mr. Shanbaug who is in charge of the store accepted his inability to communicate and he falsely misguided me by saying a wrong date that he lodged the job sheet. He lodge the request and then they generated the fresh job sheet No. W[protected] on 20th Nov'2014 wherein my handset has to be delivered on this particular date. Now, I need mobile urgently as I am travelling out of town for a month. Due to poor service, I cannot seek the replaced mobile which ideally has to be delivered well on Dt. 20th Nov'2014 . Please make it possible to lodge my complaint and please look in to this matter as early as possible as I need my mobile lately by tomorrow as I don't want any further delay or I don't want this matter to further escalate.
