I recently bought Sony xperia z ultra, now the touch is not functioning, am ready to pay for the service, but the guys telling me, I can't find the service for this model throughout india, when am even ready to pay for their service, they are telling me to exchange for a lower model. What kind of fraud is this. Fed up being a Sony mobile fan
