I bought sony xperia z5 dual on the day of its launching india i.E. On 22/10/2015 for rs.47000/- & just after for using 3-4 days i noticed display has white patches so i gave it to sony service centre at nashik maharashtra india after examining my handset carefully they gave me replacement of new handset on 02 nov 2015.

Handset was working fine till march 2016 but then on one day suddenly auto rotation of the screen stops working so i handed over to service centre on 1 april 2016, they promise that they will repair my handset within 15 days. But now after 20 days there is nothing positive outcome coming from sony india ltd. Just giving me rubbish answers .

I am from middle class family & to buy a flagship phone from a company like sony it was a dream for me but sony made it hell for me

Now i want new handset or want my money back
