Sony India — Technical problem in a cellular device and "Harassment" by the company employees and non-co.operation. | |||
To whomsoever it may concern, I purchased a sony Xperia Z fone from Venus Electronicson 29-Aug 2013. Immediately after two (2) months i started facing technological problems (software..precisely) since then, my cellular device has been replaced 5 (five) times. But again this time when i went with the same problem to the company service station (name: Sunrise Electronics), and also that my warranty period was coming to an "End" they told me that the phone will not be replaced but rather would be repaired and given back to me. Also the Service station members are not responding properly and not giving me a proper answer, neither are they giving me an explanation regarding the problem in the device and why it will be only repaired and not replaced. I am without my phone for the past 12 days now, as i had submitted my phone on 18-Aug 2014 and haven't received any reply. So I put all my Trust in u and would request you to please take an action or help me resolve this problem immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
