dear sir, I am purchasing sony bravia ex72, LED 40 telivision 72000/- onwards - date : 5th month of 2012 really i am booking to believe on sony india. one year warenty - sony company (2012 to 2013) second year warenty - 3500/- iam paying (2013 to 2014) third year they will demand - 8640/- Rs. I am a self employee, so i did't pay the amount, on 5-2014 finished warenty, 9th month i am facing telivision screen. they talk screen change - cost only - 28000/- i am really distrubing in my family what can I do... i am very desappointed on "sony" company - please justice me - B. poorna chandrarao, 3-746, Undavalli centre, Guntur Dist. - 522501.
