I was purchased one 24" LED TV Model No. EL62 on 30.09.2014 at Viveks Limited T.Nagar Branch. I was Complained viveks one technician came and he said sensor Problem we rectify the within two or three days I called after nobody response till date. Please arrange to rectify my problem.
