[Resolved] Sony India — Unsatisfactory & Incorrect Information

I've given a camera for repair for this Call Centre is saying that there is a possibility of free service or a discount is possible Actually my camera is working fine but 2 parts are not working intermittently The customer care guy Velan[protected] is giving a proper response & not willing to share his next level of escalation & repeating the same response every time. Please note that they are charging double the amout for the spare part I kindly request you to do the needful or help me to take this matter to the next level. Regards Rajaram Vasu [protected]
