Sony India — Used Product Sold To Customer

I purchased a new sony xperia T2 Ultra mobile yesterday (Dated: 8-july-2014) in Bangalore, a sony center outlet in forum value mall, whitefield, Bangalore. After i switched on the mobile, i saw few photos which were taken in the mobile alreay, on June 19th 2014. it is a used product that is sold to me (a customer). i need a replacement for the mobile same model.
