Sony India — vaio laptop repairing time is too much

i have submited my vaio laptop at service center on[protected]. and said that its USB port and touch pad key not working, please resloved it, then today its process take 13 days yet they did not tell me in how many days they will give them my laptop, this service response is very very bad. i never suggest to anyone any type of sony product. my alptop serial number is
