[Resolved] Sony India — Vaio technical default from the beginning | |||
Dear Team, I have purchased Sony Vaio fit series 1521k laptop. It's serial no. Is 0001961. It is in warranty period. Since beginning it is giving so many issues that I'm not able to use it properly in last 8-9 months after spending 52000 rupees on it. I gave my laptop to service center 4 times and every time the maximum problems remained unsolved. The day when i brought it started giving some or the other issues. Initially the pen drive was not reading in USB ports, then the keyboard problem where in a key of keyboard was not working, then an error started coming which frequently restart my system, WiFi never worked on it correctly, it again and again had some issues till date while connecting towards the internet. Right hand side USB ports some time works some times not. I gave my laptop to service center 4 times and every time the problem remained unsolved. I transferred and backed up my data 8 times till date. I asked the service center to mention and highlight that this is the fourth time but they refused. They gave me the mail id and I mailed them but they replied to take it back to the service center. My keyboaRd and hard disk was replaced but the issue didn't solved. Neither the technical support team not the service center are able to handle the issue with the system and they keep on giving such a lame excuses all the time. After visiting service center many times and calling technical team n number of times the issue is still not solved. After investing a huge amount of 52000 at an authorized Sony outlet I got a product which I'm unable to use properly. This amount means a lot to me. I hereby request you to please help me on filing a refund of my payment. Please help me team. I'll sincerely request you to help me.
