Sony India — Very Poor technical support

Dear Sir / Madam It has been a week since I have lodged a compliant regarding fault in my TV and registered the necessary complaint with your toll free number[protected]. Till today date[protected] nobody has come for a visit at least to check as to exactly what problem has occurred. I have not received even a call from any executive till date regarding the compliant registered, whenever I am calling the toll free number I am getting vague answers from the customer care executives and I am unable to get a solution for my problem. This instance is really annoying and I am unable to keep faith on the trusted brand like sony as far as service is concerned. Hence, I request you to take immediate action in this regard.
