Sony India — Warranty approval

I purchased Xperia Z1 on 3rs January, 2014 but the service center guys checked the IMEI number and found that the warranty has expired on 25th, December, 2014. The service center guys said that they need approval from the head office to proceed the repair within the warranty. It has been two days now that the head office have not repsonded.
